This policy explains what personal data The Exam Revision Club collects when you use this site, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

What we collect

Your email address — to deliver your download link and send your receipt.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Order records — what you bought and when, so we can provide your download and support.
Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Why we use it

We use your data to fulfil your order, provide your downloads and receipts, respond to support requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you and, for record-keeping, our legitimate interests and legal duties.

Who processes it for us

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who help us run the service:

Stripe — payment processing
Resend — sending your download and receipt emails
Supabase — securely storing order records and files
Vercel — website hosting
Google Analytics — anonymous website-usage statistics (only if you accept cookies)

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies needed for it to work and for secure checkout. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. When you first visit you can accept or decline analytics cookies — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email support@examrevision.club. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
