Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so this policy explains when refunds do and don't apply.

Digital products & your right to cancel

Our papers are downloadable digital content, made available to you immediately after payment. By purchasing and accessing your download, you agree to receive it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day “change of mind” cancellation right that would otherwise apply to online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Change of mind

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a paper has been made available to download — for example if you bought it by mistake, no longer need it, or decided it wasn't what you expected after downloading it.

If something is wrong with your paper

Your legal rights are protected. If a file is faulty, corrupted, won't download, is missing, or is materially not as described, you are entitled to a fix or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just email us and we'll put it right — we'll re-send the file or, if we can't resolve it, refund you.

How to contact us

Email support@examrevision.club with your order reference (shown on your download page and in your confirmation email) and a short description of the problem. Please get in touch within 14 days of purchase so we can help quickly.

Refund method

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

This policy sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights.
