These terms apply when you buy from The Exam Revision Club (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The Exam Revision Club sells original 11+ practice materials as digital downloads. You can contact us at support@examrevision.club.

2. What we sell

We provide 11+ practice papers and worked solutions as downloadable PDF files. Our materials are original works intended as exam practice. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GL Assessment, CEM, ISEB, or any school or exam board, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we make your download available.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you can download your file(s) straight away, and we also email you a link so you can return and download again at any time. No physical goods are shipped.

5. Your licence to use the materials

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use and print the materials for your own family's use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish, or use them commercially (for example for paid tuition) without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All materials and content on this site are owned by The Exam Revision Club and protected by copyright. Buying a paper does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, specific cancellation and refund rules apply. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, add, or withdraw papers and change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders you have already completed. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.

9. Our responsibility to you

Our materials are practice aids and are provided in good faith, but we don't guarantee they will match any specific school's exam or improve results. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
